These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 318win ("318win," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 318win website located at https://318win.one and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 318win Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

318win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. To register and use the 318win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 318win, or an immediate family member of any such person.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 318win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the full features of the 318win Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 318win accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 318win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 318win uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 318win reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 318win account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 318win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 318win will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

318win is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

All financial transactions on the 318win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

318win accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 318win balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on your bank's processing times.

318win does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 318win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 318win may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with AML regulations.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 318win does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by 318win on PHP transactions.

318win offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 318win reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 318win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where required by regulatory changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The 318win Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, available on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points and tier benefits are subject to change at 318win's discretion.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 318win Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 318win does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except where expressly permitted by specific game or event rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 318win reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, 318win will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• For sports betting, 318win follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules for each sport are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• 318win uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and are not influenced by 318win.
• Winnings are credited to your 318win account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

318win reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or any other form of irregular activity affecting the outcome of an event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 318win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 318win staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the 318win Platform — including but not limited to the 318win brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 318win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 318win.
• Use the 318win brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 318win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 318win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

318win shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 318win's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 318win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

318win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All 318win players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 318win account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
